2D ECHOCARDIOGRAM 3D ECHOCARDIOGRAM

This is a noninvasive diagnostic test of heart, where heart’s functioning is monitored in real time via ultrasound. This test is done to know the structural changes and/ or damage to heart, any functional damage to the heart, working capacity of the heart and major blood vessels, to see the heart valves etc. 3D echo shows 3 dimensional image of the heart, and hence gives better idea about the hearts structure.
